How often do you clean my home?
You can choose a weekly Home Cleaning Service, a fortnightly Home Cleaning Service, a daily Home Cleaning Service or a one off Home Cleaning Service or Bond Clean.
Do I need to be home when the cleaner services my home?
No, but we will need to arrange a meeting to discuss your needs prior to the service starting. You will also need to arrange access to your home.
We have a stringent key & alarm policy that all team members adhere to.
Is the team member coming into my home trustworthy?
All team members have a Police clearance, reference checks, full training & are supervised on site on a regular basis.
How do I pay?
For all regular services an invoice will be emailed to you on the day of service payable within 5 business days. Non-regular customers are required to pay cash immediately upon completion of our work.
What about changes to my scheduled cleaning?
Contact us by phone or email, normally we require 1 weeks’ notice, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you guarantee your service?
Yes we guarantee our service. In the unlikely event that you have any cause for dissatisfaction with the service provided, please call us within 48 hours and we will happily come again to rectify any service problems, absolutely free of charge.
Do you guarantee I'll get my bond back?
Only with regards to the bond clean & only on the areas we cleaned.
Also we charge based on the state of cleanliness of the house when we quote, we reserve the right to alter our charge if the property is excessively dirty.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?
No, we prefer to use our own cleaning equipment and products for hygiene & safety reasons. We have a strict OH&S policy in place.
We avoid cross-contamination by using fresh microfibre cloths/mops at each premise.
Are the products environmentally friendly?
We use the most effective & safe non hazardous cleaning products available.
We also use microfiber cloths which do not require product use at all.
If you have any allergies or environmental concerns we will discuss your specific requirements.
What if something is damaged while cleaning my home?
Our company & our team are covered by Public Liability Insurance. This means you are protected from damage or injury caused by our negligence.
